Pricing & Fees — Transparency

We believe in upfront, honest pricing. Here's exactly how your delivery fee is calculated:

  • Base fare: a fixed starting fee that depends on the vehicle type (motorcycle, car, or truck).
  • Distance fee: an additional per-kilometer charge based on the route between pickup and delivery.
  • No hidden markups: the price you see at checkout is the final price — we never add surprise fees or inflate item prices.
  • You always see the full price breakdown before confirming your order, and can view a detailed receipt for every delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to make cancellations fair and simple for everyone:

  • Free cancellation: you can cancel at no charge while your order status is "Searching for a driver".
  • After a driver is assigned: cancellations may still be made, but please cancel as early as possible out of respect for the driver's time.
  • Refunds: any wallet credit or pre-paid amount affected by a cancellation is returned automatically — no manual request needed.
  • Disputes: if something doesn't look right with a charge or refund, contact support and we'll resolve it promptly.
